DESCRIPTION:Douglas County Historical Society is pleased to announce the 2026 History Classic\, a Golf Tournament and Fundraiser for DCHS. On Thursday\, September 3rd\, starting at noon with a shotgun start\, teams will have the opportunity to play 18 holes of golf at the award-winning Nemadji Golf Course in Superior while competing for great prizes. After the tournament\, teams will meet at the clubhouse for a social hour\, raffle drawings\, a cash bar\, and a taco buffet. $400 per team of four players or $100 per person: 18 holes   2 Carts   Social Hour   Taco Buffet After Party Prizes: 1st Place   $600 2nd Place   $300 Random Team   $150 A hole-in-one contest and 50/50 Raffle will also be available All proceeds will go to the Douglas County Historical Society and our mission of : "Preserving the History of Douglas County and sharing our stories".
