    Job Description
    The IT Help Desk Supervisor coordinates technology support services for UW-Superior faculty, staff, students and alumni. This position is part of the Technology Services Office and functions as part of the Professional Services and Support Team. The team provides high quality front-line user support for the delivery of routine information technology (IT) support services to end users in support of institutional technology operation. The IT Help Desk Supervisor supervises a staff of student employees and works with them to rapidly resolve technology issues that are reported through the IT Service Management system. The position requires a hands-on technical leader who is responsible for delivering a world class support experience for faculty, staff, students, alumni and other external partners. This supervisor has strong leadership and communication skills which lead to their team to exceeding performance expectations.
