This position includes working with adults with disabilities in a goal-orientated activity program for up to 28 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing assistance with planning and assisting adaptive activities, including community opportunities and personal care that support the individualized goals of each participant. Ideal candidates display empathy and understanding for the direct support needs of the individuals we serve. Qualified candidates must have a H/S diploma or the equivalent, maintain a valid driver’s license, and pass a criminal background check. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds independently. The Challenge Center provides all training needed, and we pay you while you train. Wages increase upon completion of training, and you will accumulate PTO after 6 months within our company.
