Calhoun Companies congratulates new owners of Lakeview Residence
Congratulations to Jesse & Nikki Wolf, new owners of "Lakeview Residence" from Steve Bragg, Business Broker.
Jesse & Niki are excited and plan to be hands-on operators of the residential care facility. The Wolfs plan to increase occupancy as they get comfortable with the operations and will be looking for housekeeping and kitchen help this spring. Lakeview Residence will continue to operate as a Board & Lodge facility with special services, providing residential care for mental health and/or chemically dependent clients.
