DTA to Introduce Seven Electric Buses into Fleet on Thursday, October 25th

DULUTH, MINNESOTA (October 22, 2018) – The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) will host a press conference on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Duluth Transportation Center (DTC) to announce the introduction of seven electric buses into their fleet. Official statements will begin at 10:00 a.m.

The DTA purchased seven brand new Proterra electric buses in 2018 that were paid for with a $6.3 Million Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Low or No Emission Vehicle Program grant along with $1.1 Million from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).
