What is Focus on Energy? FOE is a nationally-recognized program that delivers cost effective energy efficiency and renewable resources to businesses and residents in the state of Wisconsin. Since 2001, the Program has worked with eligible homeowners, businesses, farms, schools, etc. to install cost-effective projects that reduce energy waste and save money. FOE is funded by the state’s investor-owned energy utilities, which includes Chamber Member and local utility company - Superior Water Light & Power.
