WITC hosts 8th Grade Career Fair in collaboration with Superior Middle School
When: Wednesday, April 20th 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Superior Middle School, 3626 Hammond Ave., Superior, WI
Who: 8th Grade Students and 50+ local employers
Photo and interview opportunities will be available throughout the day.
WITC and Superior Middle School will provide a unique hands on career fair experience for 8th graders on Wednesday, April 20th from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The day-long event welcomes employers from business and industries across the Twin Ports to showcase their careers through hands on activities and demonstrations. This unique exposure to local jobs aims to show 8th grade students future career paths and to inspire the students to begin thinking about their future goals.
More than 50 local employers including ALLETE, Swim Creative, St. Luke’s Health Care Systems, Essentia Health, Superior Animal Hospital, U.S. Army, Superior Police Department, Superior Fire Department, Lake Superior Aquarium, and WITC will attend.
