Tonight UW-Superior student-athletes go Caroling for Cans to collect donations for area food shelf
University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjacket student-athletes will be going door-to-door throughout Superior tonight from 6:30 to 8 as part of the Caroling for Cans event. Donations will benefit the food shelf at St. Vincent de Paul.
“Last year was our best year in terms of food donations, and we were able to donate almost 1,000 pounds of food to the food shelf,” said Nick Bursik, UW-Superior Athletics Director. “We hope this year will be even better.”
UW-Superior’s Yellowjacket Athletics is currently taking part in its third-annual Week of Giving, which runs December 1 - 10.
