UW-Superior students to participate in Wisconsin Point beach cleanup Fall 2019
University of Wisconsin-Superior students will partner with Alliance for the Great Lakes as part of the International Coastal Cleanup on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon on Wisconsin Point in Superior.
The event is open to community members. Check-in for the cleanup is available at any of the Wisconsin Point parking areas.
The International Coastal Cleanup began more than 30 years ago when communities rallied together with the common goal of collecting and documenting the trash littering their coastline.
