UW-Superior to hold annual International Cooking Demo

University of Wisconsin-Superior students and faculty will prepare various international dishes at the annual World Student Association Cooking Demonstration event on Saturday, Nov. 17, starting at 1 p.m. at Pilgrim Lutheran Church.
Students from around the world will demonstrate the preparation of dishes from their home countries. International student enrollment at UW-Superior continues to grow with international students from nearly 50 countries.
With representation from many countries with several recipes to try, the event will include demonstrations on how each dish is prepared as well as samples of each dish to eat.
