In consultation with UW System colleagues and the need to continue to ensure campus health and safety, the University of Wisconsin-Superior has decided to offer all its summer 2020 courses in online formats
“In analyzing this decision, the dean’s office examined the summer 2020 course offerings,” said Maria Cuzzo, interim provost at UW-Superior. “The great majority of offerings were already planned online, so there is no disruption to those courses. Twenty-four courses originally scheduled to be on-campus will now be offered in online format. All these courses will be able to adapt to this change to complete our summer 2020 course offerings in online formats.”
UW-Superior students can begin registering for summer and fall 2020 classes today, Monday, April 6.  The university has also removed its two-week waiting period for on-campus students who wish to enroll in online summer courses. This allows all students to register for summer classes as soon as their advising window opens.
No decisions have been made yet around summer programming or events, such as summer camps or other similar events, but a decision should be made in the coming days.
Decisions have not yet been made regarding any changes to fall 2020 courses.
