2013 Superior Man Triathlon

Get ready for Minnesota’s premier destination triathlon, the Superior Man Triathlon. A jump start off of a cruise ship and a transition area inside an arena are just a part of what makes this event unique. In its inaugural year, Minnesota triathletes ranked it as the only long distance triathlon in the top ten “Triathletes’ Choice Race of the Year”. The Superior Man delivers a big-race feel with the signature small town Duluth flavor.  

Join the adventure of swimming 1.2 miles in Lake Superior, biking 56 miles on the scenic North Shore, and running 13.1 miles through Canal Park!
