Board of Directors
Control of the affairs of The Chamber shall be vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall consist of no less than 15 or more than 21 members.
Board members can serve two (2), three (3) year terms. One-third of Directors not holding an office nor serving in an appointed position shall be elected and take office in January. The Chairman-Elect and Treasurer are elected by the Board of Directors at the November meeting as appropriate. There shall be six (6) appointed Directors representing the following:
- Mayor of the City of Superior
- Chairman of Douglas County Board of Supervisors
- Chancellor of University of Wisconsin-Superior
- Administration of WITC-Superior Campus
- CEO of Superior Water, Light & Power Co.
- Superintendent of the Superior School District
