2014 Giving Back Summer Basketball Camp

A fun summer basketball camp for boys and girls entering first through sixth grades, and a girls-only camp for girls entering seventh through ninth grades.

The camp will focus on the fundamentals and improving upon skills each player may already have. It is the coach’s hope that you leave her camp having learned at least one new skill for next season and for the littlest and newest of players to basketball, to make this camp an enjoyable, fun experience.

STAFF & GOALS

Greta Rath, an SHS Alumni, former Michigan Tech University Collegiate Basketball Player and SHS 2013 Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee, has put together a FUN, “Giving Back” Summer Basketball Camp. With over 19 years of experience, the camp will focus on the fundamentals and improving upon skills each player may already have. It is her hope that you leave her camp having learned at least one new skill for next season and for the littlest & newest of players to basketball, to make this camp an enjoyable, fun experience.

SESSION OVERVIEW

Each session will utilize a variety of innovative teaching methods, drills, and games to teach the fundamentals and advanced skills while not losing sight of the primary purpose of camp – TO HAVE A GREAT CAMP EXPERIENCE!
