Adam Long Cancer Benefit

Adam was diagnosed May 14th 2015 with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. On May 20th 2015 he started a very aggressive form of chemotherapy. Because of the pain and the pain medication associated with this cancer he has been unable to work. There is no cure for Pancreatic Cancer, the only hope is that the chemo will shrink the tumors. 

We are asking for your support in making this journey for this family easier. All donations will go directly to help pay for medical bills, travel, and other expenses related to his and his families care.

Dinner at the Checkerboard Bar will be from 4-7 pm, Adults- $10, Kids 3-12- $5, under 2 free. Door prizes.

Live music will play from 9 pm - 1 am.
