Saturday, June 1st the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and Brule River Sportsmen's Club will sponsor the Brule Family Fun Day at the Brule River State Fish Hatchery and the Bois Brule Canoe Landing.
Numerous activities will be taking place. No admission sticker is required today.
At the Hatchery:

~Gyotaku (Fish Printing) Bring a T-Shirt to paint or T-Shirts are available for $5 each
~Catch and Release Fishing
~Fish Filleting Demonstration
~Hatchery Tours
~Archery
~Fire Suppression Equipment may be available for viewing
~Turkey Calling Demonstrations
~Hikes with the North Country Trail Association
At the Canoe Landing:
~Fishery Professionals will demonstrate their fish shocking techniques and discuss the fish and invertebrates captured during the demonstration
~Canoe the Brule River From the Bois Brule Canoe Landing to Highway 2 (sign up at registration stand at the Hatchery – spaces limited)
