The September 6th Twin Ports Inventors and Entrepreneurs workshop will present the advantages and potential disadvantages of different business structures.
This workshop will present the basic forms of business structure types, including: sole proprietorship, partnerships, limited liability corporations, or incorporation (S and C). Each structure presents unique advantages and disadvantages. Operation and control, investment, continuity and transferability, legal liability, compensation and payroll tax, and other pro's and con's will be discussed for each structure.
The September 6th meeting is at 6 PM and will be held at WITC Superior campus. Space is limited. Interested persons are asked to register, so we have adequate space and complimentary refreshments.
