Name: Chamber University EventDate: May 17, 2018Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CDTRegistration: Register NowEvent Description:Leveraging Constructive Conflict
According to a survey completed for the American Management Association, supervisors spend 18-26% of their time dealing with workplace conflict. According to another survey, 25% of employees have called in sick or stayed away from work to avoid conflict. With these kinds of statistics, it is easy to see that workplace conflict impacts organizations, immersing teams in dysfunctional drama and hijacking productivity.
