HR Boot Camp has been conveniently scheduled as two half-day sessions. Join us for the morning, the afternoon or all day! Get your policies and procedures into shape with this targeted workshop designed to quickly build your core confidence and knowledge base.
Discussion will include high-demand topics, such as:The morning session will focus on: recruiting, hiring, on-boarding an employment law basics.
The after session will focus on: personnel file basics, document retention, performance management, effective feedback, discipline and discharge.
Stacy is the owner and human resource solutions expert of Audacity, LLC.
She is a licensed attorney and skilled HR professional with experience working in higher education, business, and non-profit fields. She is an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, is SHRM-CP/PHR certified and on the boards of the Northland Human Resource Association (NHRA) and Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Duluth
