It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the ''Critical Incident Protocol (CIP) - Community Facilitation'' program, conducted by the School of Criminal Justice, Michigan State University (MSU).  This program brings together the public and private sectors to collaborate jointly on how to prepare for, respond to, and recover from man-made and natural disasters, accidents, emergencies, and critical incidents. 

MSU will facilitate discussions on how to enhance or initiate joint assessment of risks, determine mutual threats and vulnerabilities, identify and develop community resources, and strengthen emergency planning for businesses, non-profit organizations, and the public sector.  MSU facilitators with extensive experience in public and private sector partnerships and emergency planning will assist in strengthening our ''partnership'' by utilizin
