    June 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, & 21. This workshop examines the theory and practice of mediation in the area of civil law. Major topics include conflict resolution theory; mediation skills and techniques; components of the mediation process; mediator conduct including all aspects of ethics. When combined with Family Law Facilitative Mediation, this workshop meets the 30 hour State Of Minnesota requirements for qualified neutral status under Rule 114.
