    Name: Coaching for Peak Performance
    Date: December 4, 2014
    Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
    Event Description:
Imagine a manager who, through their every action, word, decision, and gesture, clearly communicates unfailing commitment to the employee's creativity, resourcefulness, and success. Beyond that, this manager expects accountability for results and gets it, no kidding. Welcome to the world of business coaching! It's a place where new assumptions are emerging. Where questions are asked, where managers and employees mutually and consistently move to solutions that work and where people walk the walk together towards a common vision. There are underlying assumptions that support a coaching approach in the workplace. 1. No one person, even the manager, has all the answers 2. Employees are creative and resourceful, and so are their managers 3. Managers and employees communicate feedback and ideas mutually and frequently 4. There are no wrong answers, no judgments; and 5. Accountability, results, and timeliness are the norm, no kidding.
