Join us next month for an opportunity to learn how to create "Royal Icing" cookies from scratch. This is a very limited opportunity to learn how to create fun cookies, just in time for the holidays. After spending two hours with bakers Jim Jondreau and Dave Pfuhl, also known as the "Sweet Guys," you will be prepared and ready to bake to your heart's content at home in preparation for the holidays.
This class will be held on Thursday, November 15, beginning at 6 p.m. In order to ensure that our students receive stellar instructions and have ample "teacher time" we are limiting class size to just 8 people. That works out to a 4-1 student teacher ratio! Tuition is just $35, and in the space of two hours we will teach you how to make beautiful cookies that will make you the envy of your neighborhood.
All you need to bring is an apron and your enthusiasm. We will supply the materials, the ovens, and a box to take home one dozen beautifully decorated Royal Icing cookies, as well as a copy of our secret recipe that you are free to recreate in the privacy of your own kitchen.
