The Annual Douglas County Craft Sale, sponsored by the Douglas County Home and Community Educators, will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2008, at the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds, 4700 Tower Ave, Superior, Wisc, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Several area crafters will have a variety of items for sale. A $1:00 admission fee will be charged, which will include a door prize drawing. Also a bake sale, tea table and lunch will be served. Proceeds from the sale are used to provide scholarships for UWS/WITC students alternately, as well as scholarships for members and other educational programs and community services. The special project this year again will be our local food shelves. Please bring a nonperishable food item or a donation. This will give
another chance at door prize drawings.
The building is handicapped accessible.
