Fairlawn Garden Talks: Common Plants, Flowers, and Herbs for Natural Health and Wellness

April 2 – Common Plants, Flowers, and Herbs for Natural Health and Wellness  with Gigi Stafne, Herbalist & Judith Liebaert, Apprentice Herbalist

Learn which common, easy to grow garden and native cultivars can be used in preparing teas, tinctures, and salves to support natural wellness. The class will include some free samples and printed “recipes” for making your own natural remedies at home. Gigi Stafne is a Master Herbalist and Naturopath, Director of Herbalists Without Borders, and founder of the Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine. Judith Liebaert is a green wisdom student and apprentice herbalist.

Cost:   $15 each or $40 for any three talks

All proceeds from the Garden talks go to the Gardens of Fairlawn.

Most presentations include a visuals and handouts. Refreshments and an opportunity for conversation with the speaker will conclude each evening’s program.
