Do you have any interest in the booming food truck business? Since 2008, food trucks have experienced rapid growth and are one of the strongest segments in the food service industry. This workshop sponsored by Wisconsin Small Business Development Center and UW Extension will help you to understand all aspects of the food truck business, from licensing to marketing, and financing to practical advice from an industry expert. Our industry expert from Eau Claire, Wisconsin will be bringing their food truck; tours will be offered as part of the program. The workshop is free to attend, thanks to the workshop sponsors, but seating is limited.
