Gamle Aker Spelemannslag--Scandinavian Dance Music Concert

Presenting old time Scandinavian Dance Music, this 12-person accordion group has won international recognitions, including the "big prize" at Kimberly's Old Time Music Festival (WA). These first-rate Norwegian musicians have toured the East Coast on previous occasions, but are centering their first excursion to our area based on their high regard for "A World of Accordions Museum."

The concert begins at 7:00 PM, Monday, June 23, 2008. Donations to defray traveling expenses will be gratefully accepted at the door.

A 30-min preview performance will take place after the Tony Lovello concert, ca. 3:30-4:00PM, June 22, also at Harrington ARTS Center.
