There have been many settlement sites in Douglas County that had schools, churches, stores, saloons, hotels, blacksmith shops and more, and for various reasons these sites have disappeared leaving little sign. Come hear about Clevedon, Wiehe, Leclair, Waino, LaChapelle, Parkdale, Bellwood, Nutt, Caroll, Steele, Hines, Hillcrest, Martinson, Redstone & others. Come early for food and bring a friend.
