Since our initial race in 1977, Grandma’s Marathon has grown bigger than just a 26.2 mile race along the scenic North Shore of Minnesota.

It’s a moment where runners of all calibers come together to celebrate the vigor of the human spirit.  Where the word “impossible” ceases to exist; a day where 9,000 people are your best running buddy.

So, tie up your laces and join us for the 41st year of memories, miles and human might.

Everclear “So Much for the Afterglow 20th Anniversary Tour” w/Vertical Horizon + Fastball.

It’s been 20 years since Everclear released their 1997 multiplatinum smash So Much For The Afterglow, yet the album remains a beloved fan favorite, and continues to inspire new generations of musicians & fans today. Bolstered by the record’s enduring popularity, Everclear is embarking on the highly anticipated tour celebrating its milestone anniversary, with plans to perform the album front to back, including some tracks the band has never played live.

Official Post-Race Celebration – Saturday, June 17

Artists performing include country rock group, The Shalo Lee Band, and Rhino, a high energy band playing and array of modern, alternative, 80’s and classic rock with twists of country.  Saturday’s evening headliner is rock tribute band, Snake Oil. Snake Oil will time warp the audience to the live ultimate rock shows; a night of Hair Rock, Melodic Rock, Metal, and Classic Rock, delivered as an interactive classic rock show completely themed in the genre!
Must be 21 or older.  Gates open at 7 p.m. $10

Please note: Photo IDs will be checked at the gate.  Wristbands must be worn at all times.  On Friday night, those 15 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult.  Alcohol will be served.  Security personnel must be able to verify your age to distribute the appropriate wristband.  Underage drinking will not be tolerated or allowed.  Saturday night is a 21 and older show.
