7am - Meet at 28th Street Trail Head and Hike through the Superior Municipal Forest along the Millennium Trail
- Discussions with local birding experts 
- Complete trail at Woodstock Bay and shuttle back to trail head
11am - Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve (14 Marina Drive, Superior) Lunch break with "Helping Migratory Birds in our Backyards" presentation by Kim Grveles, coordinator of the Wisconsin Stopover Initiative. 
12:30 pm - 1pm - Questions and wrap up.
