This ten week seminar is for people who want to study Japanese for the first time or who want to refresh previously learned material. It will provide a useful basis for interaction with Japanese here or in Japan. The workshop focuses on developing conversational skills. Through interactive real-life situations, students will practice and become comfortable with greetings, introductions, shopping, ordering food, and more. We will also briefly discuss one set of Japanese characters and explore many aspects of Japanese culture.
