Introduction to Small Business Financial Management Two Part Workshop

The workshops are designed for business owners and managers. The instructor is highly acclaimed Bud Walker, MBA. Part 1 on June 19 from 1 - 5 pm, will instruct you how to understand, analyze and utilize financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, which are typically used by business and non-profit managers to determine the health of their operation. Part 2 on June 26 from 1 - 5 pm, will teach you how to more effectively manage cash and capital for maximum profit by understanding the impact cash flow has on your business. You will learn how interest rates will affect your actions, and successful methods for developing both operational and capital budgets.
