Junk Drawer Science

Youth will experience some simple science activities using items typically found in our kitchen junk drawers.

The activities in Junk Drawer Science encourage youth to use the processes and approaches of science, while having fun learning!

Each youth will receive instructions so they can continue activities at home. There is no cost to participate and the materials are suited for youth in grades 2 and above.
