This workshop is designed for individuals who have human resource responsibilities as part of their job but is open to all. Topics covered include: why workers join unions, management techniques in labor issues, union organization, encouraging union involvement, problem-solving methods, and the law, rules & cases that form a legal basis of labor-management relations.
