Please join us on Wednesday, October 15, as we celebrate our 4th Anniversary and showcase the traveling Great Lakes Discovery exhibit with an open house at the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) Learning Center from 4:30-6:30pm.
In October 2010, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration designated the Lake Superior NERR as the 28th site within the National Estuarine Research Reserve System. Please come join the staff, explore the Great Lakes Discovery exhibit and learn more about the Reserve's work as we celebrate our designation anniversary. As part of the celebration, we will be honoring Tom Blewett and Jan Hanson for their efforts in furthering the mission of the Reserve.
