    This free 6-week self-help workshop will be offered to adults who want to take charge of their on-going health conditions to feel better, minimize symptoms, and do the things they want to do, as well as for their for caregivers. Those attending will get support, learn practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, and learn better ways to manage their life and health. Space is limited; workbooks are available for $15.
