    Menu includes lutefisk with butter & cream sauce, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed veges, coleslaw, cranberries, lefse, rolls, dessert, coffee/milk. Take-outs available. Bake sale held in conjunction with dinner: cookies, breads, quick breads, cupcakes, bars, home-canned goods. Proceeds from bake sale benefit the Boe-Engebretson Student Award Fund. Concordia is accessible to all.
