DCHS to host a Country Hoedown A country western dance for girls and their fathers (or cowboy of choice).
The Douglas County Historical Society is presenting a western style dance for girls and their cowboy partner of choice Friday, June 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
This is a first time event to raise funds for the historical society’s children’s programming.
Entertainment will be provided by Sounds Unlimited and western themed portraits by Studio One Photography.
There will also be a chuck wagon load of food and the DCHS museum will be transformed into a western dance hall.
Girls and their dads or favorite cowboys are encouraged to dress in western clothing and be prepared to have lots of fun. The Event will be held in the hall at the Douglas County Historical Society (DCHS) at 1101 John Avenue, Superior, WI.
Tickets are on sale now at DCHS and are $10 per person.
