Mix together vintage blues passion, Southern rock verve, blue- collar sentiment and a joyous stage attitude, and you’ve got the Rusty Wright Band. Those who have seen Rusty Wright and his top-drawer band perform live will attest to the outfit’s razor-tight, explosive delivery of inventive blues songs with tasty helpings of Southern rock and Detroit-bred grit. It’s that rare combination that commands immediate attention, fills dance floors and earns roars of approval.
The concert series is a family friendly, family focused environment. All children, 15 years old and under, are admitted free to all of the LWPAC concerts. Relax and enjoy some quality time together in the Park this summer!
Gate opening into the concert grounds is at 6: 00 PM.
Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to the concerts. All seating is on the lawn. Chairs can be provided for those in need on a first come basis. Picnic baskets are welcome provided they do not include glass, however we encourage you to support The Solon Springs Lions Club. They operate the concession stand. The menu includes brats, hot dogs, and snacks including freshly made popcorn, ice cream treats, beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water. The concession stand sells beverages in plastic or cans in keeping with park policy. A great fundraising opportunity for the Lions to help our community.
