May is NORTHXNORTH Twin Ports Arts Month in the North End Arts Gallery!
The Superior Stretch exhibit is open from May 8-July 6, 2013. With artists Jeff Lewis, painter, (Minong, WI); Marty Pearson, tilemaker and wood fired potter (Danbury, WI); and Dave Baker, painter, (Cloverton, MN). The exhibit will open May 8 with a 5-8 pm reception at the North End Arts Gallery, 1323 Broadway Street, Superior, WI. In addition to showing new artwork, artists will be performing accordian rap music and doing poetry readings.
The event is sponsored by the Superior Council for the Arts. The gallery exhibit continues to July 6, 2013. It is free and open to the public T.Th.F.Sa. 11-5pm. The Superior Stretch artists exhibit regularly in the Old School Arts Center in Sandstone, MN.
