    The third annual Operation K-9 is a fundraising event presented by the AMSOIL Northland Law Enforcement K-9 Foundation, Operation K-9 raises money for the K-9 units of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Duluth Police Department, St. Louis County Sheriff;s Office and Superior Police Department.
