    Event Description:

    Pattison State Park offers a variety of FREE family-oriented fun educational programs during the summer months. There is no cost to attend the activities, however, vehicle admission stickers are required (daily and annual resident/non-resident stickers are available).

    Native American Flute Player: Michael Charette is a member of the Red Cliff band of Lake Superior Indians. He also goes by the name Baapi Waagoosh, meaning "Laughing Fox" in the Anishinaabe Language. As both artist and musician, he has played the native flute for the past 8 years, often on instruments he has made himself. In all of his work, he uses the traditional wisdom of the Anishinaabe people in the most respectful of ways.
