    1410 Tower Avenue: “Seeding the Next Generation II” - Superior High School Art III and Ceramics III students celebrate the expression of our youth

    Phantom Galleries Superior places 24/7 temporary art installations into vacant storefronts. It invites the community into an ongoing dialogue about the arts’ role in “sense of place.” PGS is a unique partnership between spaces, Superior BID, property owners, and artists. It is supported in part by funds from a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and National Endowment for the Arts.
