Phantom Galleries Superior creates 24/7 art environments in vacant downtown storefronts. It invites the community into an ongoing dialogue about the role of the arts in creating a 'sense of place'. It is a unique partnership between SPACES, Superior BID, the Property Owners, and the Artists. It is supported in part by a grant from the WI Arts Board with funds from the State of WI and the National Endowment for the Arts.
