Earlier this year the City of Superior Plan Commission and City Council approved an ordinance change that removes all minimum parking requirements for commercial and manufacturing uses in Commercial and Manufacturing zoning districts. We want to clarify what that means and how it might affect you and/or your business, answer any questions and address any concerns.
