On Thursday, April 4, Essentia Health and Advanced Drug Testing (ADT) will co-sponsor a course for reasonable suspicion training. This 2 hour course complies with DOT standards for reasonable suspicion training.
Who should attend This Class?
This course will be a valuable tool for anyone performing reasonable suspicion testing under Minnesota State Statutes.

Dr. Robert Howard
Dr. Howard, with over two decades of testing experience, is the President and COO for MedScan Laboratory, Inc. and Advanced Drug Testing, Inc.
Dr. Howard coordinates the activity of five Medical Review Officers and oversees the drug and alcohol programs for over 3000 companies nationwide. His presentation of Reasonable Suspicion Training will focus on real-world circumstances and how to make the right Reasonable Suspicion call.
