Whether you're quick as a bunny or slow as a desert tortoise, you'll want to join the Lake Superior Zoo for the third annual Run Like an Animal 5k run/walk at the Lake Superior Zoo on Saturday, August 4th! New this year is the virtual participation option! Register as a participant and you'll have the option of using the course the zoo has mapped out for August 4th or run/walk your own course between July 28th and August 4th, 2012. Animal costumes are encouraged for all participants. Virtual and zoo course participants can pick up their t-shirt and enjoy family entertainment and activities at the zoo on August 4, 2012 between 10 and 2 pm.
