    Decorate
    Scarecrows musy be handmade and in "good taste"
    Straw bales, cornstalks and other items adding to your theme are permissible
    More than one scarecrow is allowed for your display

    Delivery and Set Up
    Scarecrows to be mounted to light posts in Center City Park on October 2nd
    Displays can be only attached to light posts with rope, twine, plastic straps or bungee cords

    Judging Takes Place October 2nd
    Winners announced at Farmer's Market that day and presented with Traveling Trophy.

    Scarecrows displayed through October 31
