Andrew Beaulieu from 3 Sheeps will be with us to showcase the stories, tastes, and the idea behind the Heart & Science creativity of this Sheboygan, WI based brewery. Chef Zac Simonen & Spirit Room staff will be in house to talk the food end of the dinner series and why these one time dishes are paired with each style of beer.
