    Event Description:
    Join us for an evening with Wisconsin's own 45th Parallel Distillery, a small, family-owned craft distillery in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Serving up spirits from vodka to aged bourbons, this collaboration is sure not to miss!

    The dinner will take place at Spirit Room on Thursday, September 28, 2017. 

    6 course, 6 cocktail pairing will be served along with information from the distillery and locally sourced food from across the state of Wisconsin. The food will be designed around a "Fall harvest farm to table" The evening's courses will be:

    Course 1. Sour apple Salad with roasted root vegetables &herring caviar.

    Course 2. Burbot with carrots, snap peas, garden herbs, & Chaga mushroom.

    Course 3. Pasture raised pork roast, corn milk, wild rice, kale, & apples.

    Course 4. Trout cheeks with chanterelle, hazelnuts, blueberry, parsnip & zucchini.

    Course 5. Grass pasture raised rib eye, fingerling potato, green beans, pan sauce.

    Course 6. Blueberry panna cotta with apple butter.
